One thing that I’ve noticed about myself is that I really appreciate nice, clean floors. I know, it’s strange, but I always notice the flooring in people’s houses and I especially notice the floor in my own house! That’s also why I need a good floor cleaner that works! The best part about this recipe is that it is literally as fast as a concentrated store-bought cleaner! My personal floor cleaning method is to use a refillable mop like this one. I like that I can just wash the microfiber pad and have less waste. To make things easier I bought an extra microfiber pad so if one is in the washer, I still have a spare. With kids mopping is not always a planned activity! Also, I never have to worry about buying cleaner refills for my mop. Bonus!
1/4 c. borax
1 gallon hot water
Mix the borax in hot water. Mop. So simple. If you are using a refillable mop, use about 1 tablespoon borax and hot water. Shake to mix. Mop. How easy is that?
